Singer Eddy Kenzo might have borrowed a leaf from Diamond Platnumz to start own Music Festival in Uganda this year but he has also inspired Nigeria’s star Patorankings.
Kenzo recently unveiled massive plans of his Festival slated to happen on 28th of March at Kololo Airstrip. The Big Talent boss intends to give back to his loyal fans who have supported and lifted him from zero to hero.
Now from what we gathered Patoranking has also announced his first music festival called the Africa Reggae & Dance Festival, a single day cultural experience festival in his hometown Lagos, Nigeria.
The Africa Reggae & Dance Festival will feature a highly curated selection of artists both local and international. This premier event will have the attendees immersed in music, dance and a cultural experience like no other.
Speaking ahead of the launch, Patoranking said, “I have always wanted to bring this experience to the continent, now is the right time and what best way than to start in Lagos where I am from.”
The festival hopes to raise the festival bar in Africa through a distinctive cultural experience and world class performances set to unite music fans.
Eddy Kenzo and Patoranking are good friends even have a collabo together titled loyal.
